The Aspire Learning Federation is made up of two schools - Elm Park Primary School and R J Mitchell Primary School in the London Borough of Havering.

Wraparound care

Elm Park Primary runs an in-house Federation Breakfast and After School club at Elm Park Primary School.  

BASC operates at Elm Park Primary School premises, which supports our aims and objectives regarding healthy eating. The club provides a healthy and nutritious breakfast and drinks, fruit and a light snack while offering the widest possible selection for children to enjoy.  

Planned play activities such as board games, arts and crafts, cookery etc are provided in a safe, friendly environment.

Breakfast Club is open from 7.30, after school club is open from 3.15pm until 6.00pm.

Booking is made via ParentPay.  You are only able to access the ParentPay club module if you have submitted a BASC registration form.

Places for your child at breakfast and after school clubs must now be booked and paid for 2 weeks in advance. Parents should book a place and make payment for their requirements at least two weeks (or more) in advance using their ParentPay account.

Pricing

Breakfast club for one child is 

• £5.00 which includes breakfast (7.30am-8.30am)

After school club

• One child is £5 per hour or £12.50 for the full session (3:30- 6:00pm)  which includes a small snack not dinner 

Sibling offer of:

• £4:00 per hour for each additional sibling or £10:00 for the full session (3:30-6:00pm) which includes a small snack not dinner 

Late collection fees 

• £1.00 per minute if you collect your child later than 6.00pm.

If you have any issues or do not currently have a ParentPay account, then please contact Mrs Gearing, our Admin Assistant in the office on 01708 451463 or by email cgearing.epps@theaspirelearningfederation.co.uk and she will be happy to help set this up. 

As soon as bookings reach our maximum pupil number limit, parents will no longer be able to make a booking for their child as there will be a maximum number of pupils able to attend at any one session.
