Elm Park Primary School

Dear Parents and Guardians,                                                                                           

An educational visit has been arranged for all the children in Year 3 on Monday 10^th November 2025.  We will be visiting the National Gallery.  The children will take part in a colour themed workshop with a resident artist before exploring the gallery. There is no cost for this trip, staff have fundraised to pay for the workshops we will be attending. 

The children require a packed lunch and a still drink in an unbreakable leak proof container (no fizzy drinks).  Adult helpers are required. If you are available to help please return the form below to your child’s class teacher or email vtucker.epps@theaspirelearningfederation.co.uk by 4/11/25. Please give your child a travel tablet if necessary.  Please ensure your child is wearing their full regulation school uniform and weather appropriate clothing.

If you would like us to provide a packed lunch for your child please complete the slip below by. Please return the consent form by Tuesday 4^th November 2025.

I wish my son/daughter to be allowed to take part in the visit and having read the letter, agree to him/her taking part in any or all of the activities described.  I understand that while the school staff in charge of the children will take all reasonable care of them, they cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage to property, or injury suffered by my son/daughter which occurs due to unforeseeable circumstances as a result of the visit.
