"Havering Healthy Child Programme Survey from SEND Education Havering"
We’d love to hear about your experience using Health Visiting and School Nursing services in Havering. These services are a vital part of the Healthy Child Programme (HCP), which supports the health and wellbeing of children, young people and their families. Your feedback will help us understand:
- What you think about the services
- Which support has been most important to you
- How we could make these services easier to access and even more effective
The survey takes just 10 minutes to complete. It’s quick, confidential and your insights will directly improve services in Havering.
It’s open to:
- Parents/carers who have used the Health Visiting Service in Havering in the past 5 years
- Young people aged 16+ who have accessed Havering’s School Nursing Service
- Parents/carers with direct experience of the School Nursing Service
- Parents/carers responding on behalf of a child under 16
