Dear Parents and Carers,

We’re excited to let you know that we’ll be celebrating Harvest Festival.  As part of the celebration, we’re collecting donations to support Rainham Foodbank. We are asking for non-perishable food items such as tins, packets, and dried goods (like pasta or cereal). You can also choose to donate toiletries such as toothpaste, shampoo, nappies, and soap. Please do not send fresh food, as we cannot store or distribute it safely.

To mark the occasion, each year group is invited to wear clothes in their year group colour on Thursday 25th September.  This could be a t-shirt, jumper, or even an accessory. There’s no need to buy anything new.

Here are the colours for each year group:

• Reception – Red

• Year 1 – Orange

• Year 2 – Yellow

• Year 3 – Green

• Year 4 – Light Blue

• Year 5 – Dark Blue

• Year 6 – Purple 

All donations will be collected by Rainham Foodbank on Friday 26th September, so please send in any items by Thursday 25th September.
