Thank you!28 March 2025 (by Ashlea Stevenson (ashlea.stevenson)) |
Dear Parents and Carers,
I am writing to express my sincere gratitude for your continued support and well-wishes since the challenging events of the evening of Saturday, 22nd March. Your understanding and compassion have been deeply appreciated by the entire school community.
I understand that this has been a concerning time for our school community, and I want to reassure you that the safety and security of our children is of the utmost importance. I would reiterate that the school site is safe and secure during the school day and at all school events. Our children have been reassured, and all of our staff are well.
The police presence at the end of the school day this week is purely for the reassurance of parents and residents, and we do not expect any further disturbances of this nature. This was an unprecedented and very uncommon event, and we are working closely with the police as part of their ongoing investigation.
Once again, thank you for your unwavering support, it means a great deal to us all and has really supported staff through the most challenging of circumstances this week.
Kind regards,
Ms V. Morris
