Lines of communication
It is important that if parents have a concern, that this follows the right lines of communication to ensure issues are resolved promptly and effectively. Parents are asked to speak to the class teacher in the first instance. Teachers are happy to pick up an email [during working hours] if you find this easier. If you need to, you can escalate to the Phase Lead or the Assistant Headteacher [Mrs Cornhill [KS1], Mrs Tucker [LKS2], Mrs Greenney [UKS2], Mrs Toms [AHT], Miss Lee [AHT]. If this does not give you satisfaction, please escalate to Mrs Fuller [Head of School]. If your issue is regarding SEN, then contact Mrs Buckley [SENCo].
We pride ourselves on having great home/school relationships and are always here to help and support. Avoid sharing your concerns via social media such as WhatsApp as the matter can be resolved much more quickly when the correct lines of communication are followed.
