Some parents may be aware that Sofia, Year 3 classmate, has not returned to school this term. This is due to her having a condition that led to her having a series of seizures in July resulting in significant brain damage. She is expected to be in hospital for a long while before she can access more specialist rehabilitation. Staff in school have visited Sofia and her family over the holiday and are in close communication. Mum wanted school to let you know what was happening. If you have any questions or thoughts you would like to share, please email me and I will pass them along to mum.
